Young MIAS, led by Enrique Molina of Omni Bridgeway (view his profile here) is Florida’s premiere network for young practitioners and students interested in developing their careers in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Young MIAS finds its roots and functions as a young professional organization under the auspices of the Miami International Arbitration Society (MIAS).

Young MIAS organizes various educational and professional development programs, receptions and other social events to help bring young professionals and students together to exchange ideas and experiences about international arbitration and dispute resolution.
